Chemical Properties
Our NBR latex products, TC-N401R and TC-N402R, are both synthesized through emulsion polymerization of butadiene and acrylonitrile, containing carboxyl functional groups. These latexes are characterized by their milky white with blue light lotion, with a pH range of 7.5 to 9.0. The surface tension is maintained at ≤50mN/m, and the viscosity does not exceed 100mPa.s. The solid content for TC-N401R is 44±2%, while TC-N402R has a slightly lower solid content of 42±2%.
Application Scenarios
1. Textile Impregnation
- Both TC-N401R and TC-N402R are widely used in the impregnation of textiles, providing enhanced durability and flexibility to the treated fabrics.
- TC-N401R forms a milky white film upon drying, making it ideal for applications where opacity is desired, contributing to better surface coverage and uniformity.
- TC-N402R, on the other hand, forms a transparent film, making it suitable for applications that require a clear finish.
2. Coating

4. Textile Printing

Storage Conditions
- Temperature and Environment: Both TC-N401R and TC-N402R should be stored in a cool, ventilated area with temperatures ranging from 5°C to 40°C. Proper storage will help maintain the quality and effectiveness of the latex.
- Shelf Life: In storage conditions, the shelf life is up to 3 months during the summer and 6 months during the winter.
